Info-Veranstaltung zu Sozialer Erhaltungssatzung in Schönefeld
Um preiswerten Wohnraum zu erhalten, gilt seit Februar für den westlichen Teil Schönefelds eine so genannte Soziale Erhaltungssatzung. Wie dieses Werkzeug aus dem Baugesetzbuch funktioniert und welche Folgen dies für Mieterinnen, Investoren und Vermieter hat, dazu informiert eine Veranstaltung am Montag, 8. September, von 17:30 bis 19 Uhr in der POLIKLINIK Leipzig, Taubestraße 2 (Einlass ab 17:15 Uhr).
Mitarbeiterinnen des Amtes für Wohnungsbau und Stadterneuerung und des Mietervereins Leipzig e. V. beantworten dabei Fragen zu den Gründen für die Erhaltungsgebiete, zum Leipziger Ausbaustandard sowie zur Abgrenzung von Sozialem Erhaltungsrecht und Mietrecht.
Diese städtebauliche Satzung definiert, was Vermieter in Wohnungen verändern dürfen und was nicht. Dies soll verhindern, dass Bewohnerinnen wegen teurer Modernisierungen, weil beispielsweise der Grundriss von Wohnungen geändert oder Wohnungen als Gewerberäume genutzt werden, aus ihren Wohnvierteln wegziehen müssen. Darum müssen bauliche Änderungen und Nutzungsänderungen sowie Rückbauvorhaben vorab seitens der Stadt genehmigt werden. Dies wird bereits seit 2020 in mehreren Stadtgebieten so praktiziert, darunter in Teilen von Eutritzsch und Connewitz.
