Stadthafen Leipzig: Baustellenbesichtigung am 7. Mai möglich
Am Mittwoch, 7. Mai, um 17:30 Uhr, lädt das Amt für Stadtgrün und Gewässer vor Ort auf die Baustelle des Stadthafens Leipzig ein, um über den Fortschritt der Arbeiten zu informieren. Im Rahmen der Besichtigung werden Einblicke in die Baustelle sowie in die einzelnen Bauphasen gegeben.
Aktuell ist das Hafenbecken einschließlich der Hafensohle bereits fertiggestellt und die geplante Fußgängerbrücke zu großen Teilen errichtet. Bereits 2021 hatten mit Abrissarbeiten die ersten bauvorbereitenden Maßnahmen begonnen. Im September 2023 schlossen die Hauptarbeiten an, damit bis voraussichtlich Mitte 2026 an dieser Stelle ein lebendiger Ort mit urbaner Hafenatmosphäre entsteht.
Die Teilnehmerzahl für die Baustellenbesichtigung ist begrenzt. Es wird daher um eine vorherige Anmeldung bis zum Sonntag, 4. Mai, per E-Mail an •••@••• gebeten.
