Medieninformation
„Pflege im Gespräch 2025“ in Liebertwolkwitz
Das Netzwerk „Leipziger Kooperation Pflege“ und der Ortschaftsrat Liebertwolkwitz laden am 14. November von 15 bis 17 Uhr zu einer kostenfreien Informationsveranstaltung in das ehemalige Rathaus, Liebertwolkwitzer Markt 1, ein.
In geselliger Runde bei Kaffee und Kuchen werden Informationen zu verschiedenen Aspekten der Pflege angeboten, unter anderem zu den Themen Pflegeversicherung, Wohnraumanpassung, rechtliche Betreuung, Vorsorgevollmacht, Nachbarschaftshilfe sowie zur Hospiz- und Palliativversorgung. Darüber hinaus erhalten die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer Informationen über den Seniorenbesuchsdienst, die offene Seniorenarbeit, Notfalldosen, die Demenzfachberatungsstelle sowie zur Unterstützung bei der Pflege durch das Sozialamt.
