Gefahrenabwehr: Im City Tunnel Leipzig wird der Ernstfall getestet
Personenrettung, Verkehrssicherung, Notversorgung – im City Tunnel Leipzig, konkret an der Station Bayrischer Bahnhof, wird in der Nacht von Sonntag, 26. Oktober, zu Montag, 27. Oktober, von 22 bis 4 Uhr, der Ernstfall mit einem Massenanfall von Verletzten getestet. Die Übung dient der Zertifizierung sicherheitsrelevanter Abläufe und ist Voraussetzung für die weitere Nutzung des Citytunnels im Regelbetrieb. Ziel ist die Überprüfung der bestehenden Sicherheitskonzepte sowie des koordinierten Zusammenwirkens aller beteiligten Einsatzkräfte unter realistischen Bedingungen.
Für die Übung der Branddirektion, der Landes- und Bundespolizei sowie der DB Netz AG wird der Bahnbetrieb von 22 bis 5 Uhr unterbrochen. Getestet werden unter anderem die Erstversorgung, die Brandbekämpfung, die Wasserentnahme im Tunnel und das Eindringen in das Schienenfahrzeug. Zudem stehen Abläufe wie die Führungsorganisation, die Auswahl der Kräfte und des Einsatzplans sowie die Kommunikationswege, das Bilden einer gemeinsamen Befehlsstelle mit der Polizei, die Rettung und der Transport der Verletzten sowie das Einrichten von Patientenablagen auf dem Prüfstand.
Unter Beachtung der Richtlinie „Anforderungen des Brand- und Katastrophenschutzes an den Bau und den Betrieb von Eisenbahntunneln“ hat die Deutsche Bahn Netz AG in Abständen von längstens 3 Jahren, Übungen mit den „Rettungsdiensten“ durchzuführen. Der City-Tunnel Leipzig (CTL) wurde als Übungsort bestimmt, weil er als direkte Schienenverbindung zwischen dem Südraum der Stadt und dem Hauptbahnhof das Herzstück des Mitteldeutschen S-Bahn-Netzes darstellt. +++
