31. Leipziger Auwaldtag am 16. April im Schulbiologiezentrum
Wer mit dem Beginn des Frühlings mehr über die Artenvielfalt eines der größten Auwälder Deutschlands erfahren möchte, ist herzlich eingeladen am Mittwoch, den 16. April, bei der Verkündung der Leipziger Auwaldart 2025 dabei zu sein. Die Bekanntmachung sowie die Vorstellung der Leipziger Auwaldart und ihres Lebensraumes beginnt 16 Uhr im Schulbiologiezentrum.
Gleich im Anschluss, gegen 17.30 Uhr, findet eine familienfreundliche Exkursion in den angrenzenden Elster-Pleiße-Auwald statt. Fachreferenten stellen den Lebensraum der 32. Leipziger Auwaldart vor und ermöglichen so tiefe Einblicke in die Welt eines ganz besonderen Ökosystems, das stark von Wasser abhängig und durch Wasser geprägt ist.
