Schließwoche in Teilen des Standesamtes
In der Woche ab Montag, 24. November, bis Freitag, 28. November, bleibt der Bereich Urkundenstelle der Abteilung Standesamt für Besucherinnen und Besucher ohne Termin geschlossen. Das betrifft insbesondere Menschen, die spontan einen Kirchenaustritt anzeigen oder eine Urkunde anfordern möchten. Hochzeiten finden ganz regulär statt, auch die Bereiche Geburten/Sterbefälle und Familienstandsklärung sowie der Service für Bestatterinnen und Bestatter sind nicht eingeschränkt.
Durch die weitreichenden Änderungen im Personenstandsrecht durch das Selbstbestimmungsgesetz sowie das Namenrechtsänderungsgesetz bleibt die Zahl der offenen Anträge weiterhin auf einem hohen Niveau. Die Schließwoche dient dazu, diese Anträge sowie weitere Anliegen zügig abzuarbeiten. So möchte die Abteilung Standesamt sicherstellen, dass Bearbeitungszeiten angemessen bleiben und die hohe Nachfrage effizient bedient werden kann.
