Verkehrseinschränkungen rund um Mitteldeutschen Marathon
Rund um den 22. Mitteldeutschen Marathon am 12. Oktober 2025 zwischen den zwei Nachbarbundesländern Sachsen und Sachsen-Anhalt ist mit Verkehrseinschränkungen zu rechnen.
Der Start erfolgt 9 Uhr am Uferweg des Elsterbeckens auf Höhe der Festwiese. Die Wettkampfstrecke verläuft vom Uferweg am Elsterbecken → Querung der Straße Am Sportforum → Luppedamm → Querung der Straße Am Pfingstanger → Luppedamm bis zur Leipziger Stadtgrenze und von dort aus weiter nach Halle (Saale).
Zwischen 9 und 9:15 Uhr wird es zu einer kurzzeitigen Sperrung der Straße am Sportforum und damit verbunden der Landauer Brücke kommen. Von 9:15 bis circa 10 Uhr wird die Brücke Am Pfingstanger bis zum Passieren der letzten Läufer gesperrt und danach umgehend wieder freigegeben. Aufgrund der Kürze der Sperrzeiten erfolgt keine gesonderte Ausweisung einer Umleitung. Hinweise der Ordner und Weisungen der Polizei sind zu beachten. +++
