Medieninformation
Verkehrseinschränkungen rund um Versammlungen am Wochenende
Unter dem Motto „Klimastreik Exit Gas, Enter Humanity“ ist für den heutigen Freitag, den 19. September, eine Versammlung samt Aufzug mit 1.000 Teilnehmern angezeigt worden. In der Zeit von 15 Uhr bis 17:30 Uhr ist entlang folgender Aufzugsroute und besonders im Bereich des Leipziger Innenstadtrings mit Verkehrseinschränkungen zu rechnen:
Bayerischer Bahnhof (Sammlung & Auftakt) - Windmühlenstraße - Grünewaldstraße - Roßplatz (Innenring) - Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz (Innenring) - Petersstraße - südlicher Markt - Grimmaische Straße - Augustusplatz (Mittelfahrbahn) - Grimmaischer Steinweg - nördlicher Johannisplatz - Dresdner Straße - Ludwig-Erhard-Straße (B2) - Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße - Eisenbahnstraße - sog. Thümmelstraße - Stadtteilpark Rabet (Abschluss & Beendigung).
Unter dem Motto „Räume für Träume – Reclaim the space!“ ist für Samstag, den 20. September, eine Versammlung samt Aufzug mit bis zu 2.000 Teilnehmern und zehn Lkw angezeigt worden. In der Zeit von 13 bis 22 Uhr ist auf folgender Route mit Verkehrseinschränkungen zu rechnen:
Eggebrechtstraße, zw. Straße des 18. Oktober und Ein- bzw. Ausfahrt soccerworld Leipzig (Sammlung & Auftakt) - Philipp-Rosenthal-Straße - Prager Straße - Riebeckstraße - Breite Straße - Dresdner Straße - Johannisplatz - Grimmaischer Steinweg - Augustusplatz (Mittelfahrbahn) - Augustusplatz, Gewandhausseite (Zwischenkundgebung) - Augustusplatz (Außenring) - Georgiring (Außenring) - Willy-Brandt-Platz (Außenring) - Am Hallischen Tor - Brühl - Katharinenstraße - (östlicher und südlicher) Markt - Thomasgasse - Thomaskirchhof - Dittrichring (Innenring) - Goerdelerring (Innenring) - Ranstädter Steinweg - Jahnallee - Marschnerstraße - Mainzer Straße - Am Elsterwehr - Richard-Wagner-Hain (Abschluss & Beendigung).
Zudem wird die Eggebrechtstraße teilweise gesperrt und die Mainzer Straße freigehalten.
